Intel’s 10th Gen H Series breaks 5GHz barrier

Intel announced its 10th Gen H series processors for gaming laptops with the clock-speed of above 5GHz and its quite awesome news for tech enthusiasts. Recently AMD announced their Ryzen Series 4000 but AMD’s Ryzen 4000 don’t boasts clock-speed up to 5GHz.

These Intel’s H series is mainly used by gamers, photographers and video enthusiasts. H series offers i5, i7 & i9 Processors. i5 comes with 4 cores & 8 threads whereas i7 packs 6 cores & 12 threads and i9 the top of the line has 8 cores & 16 threads.

10th Gen H intel core mobile processor

The Intel H series processors are still built on 14nm++ code-named Comet Lake and their TDP is limited to 45W. The i7 & i9 can go up to 5GHz. We have already seen Intel’s 10th Gen U & Y series in various laptops.
