HMD announced three new entry level phones exclusively for Cricket Wireless Nokia C5 Endi, C2 Tava and Tennen. Nokia C5 has more beefy specs among these three, these are very budget friendly phones. Nokia C2 Tava and Tennen are identical phones but Tava will be sold by Cricket Wireless exclusively.
Nokia C5 Endi
Nokia C5 has a 6.52 inch IPS display with HD+ resolution and aspect ratio of 20:9, It has a quite big chin and water drop notch, which holds 8MP selfie sensor. It also has a rear mounted fingerprint scanner.
C5 Endi is powered by Helio P22, an octa-core chipset and has PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes with 3GB of ram and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage plus MicroSD expansion as well. It runs on Android 10 which is near to stock. It packs a 4000mAh battery and supports 10W charging via USB-C port.
Nokia C5 has triple camera setup on the back, main is a 13MP sensor, next to it is a 5MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. It can shoot video at 1080p 30fps.
Nokia C5 Endi will be put for ($170) and will be Cricket Wireless exclusive, Sales starting from June 5.
Nokia C2 Tava/Tennen
Nokia C2 Tava and Tennen have 5.45 inch HD+ display with HD+ resolution with 18:9 aspect ratio, and they have a good forehead and chin. They have a 5MP selfie camera.
C2 Tava and Tennen are powered by Helio A22, a quad core chipset. Both sharing 2GB of ram and 16/32GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage and Micro SD slot for expansion as well. Both runs on nearly stock Android 10 OS. Comes with 3000mAh battery cell with 10W charging over USB-C port.
Both having a dual camera setup on the back, an 8MP sensor, second one is a 2MP sensor, HMD did not provided more info on the 2MP sensor, but more likely it’s a depth sensor. Both can shoot 1080p video at 30fps.
The Nokia C2 Tennen will cost ($70) and will go one sale from June 15, whereas C2 Tava will cost ($110) from Cricket Wireless exclusively.
