Samsung devices that will get 3 years of OS updates

From a very long time, Android users have issue with every vendor of their smartphone that they do not get a reasonable amount of OS updates. On the contrary, Apple give software support for their devices for almost a half decade, plus Apple handle updates itself instead of pushing update to carriers.

There is just Google, the company that owns Android, which is giving three years of OS and security updates for the Pixel lineup. Now, Samsung has also taken this bold step, that it will also give three years of OS and security updates just like Google. The official word from the South Korean tech giant is as follows:

As people hold onto their devices for longer, we are working to bring secure protection and exciting new features to the devices already in their hands.
