ZTE announced nubia Play 5G as a Mid-range gaming phone with Snapdragon 765G. Company has already announced its Flagship Red Magic 5G with SD 865, but nubia Play 5G is a toned down version of the Red Magic. nubia Play has the same 6.65″ Full HD+ Amoled display with aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and 144Hz refresh rate along with 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also comes with in-display finger-print scanner.
nubia Play 5G is powered by Snapdragon 765G which is a midranger chipset along with 6/8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of UFS 2.1 storage. It also comes with this unique ICE 2.1 heat dissipation system which cool down thermal heat when Mobile is running intensive games. nubia Play also has two touch sensitive buttons on the right side for better gaming experience. It pack a 5100mAh battery which supports fast charging of 30W. On the OS side it runs on nubiaUI 8.0 based on Android 10.
nubia Play 5G has a 12MP selfie shooter and a Quad Camera setup on the back. Primary sensor is a 48MP Sony’s IMX 582, an 8MP ultra-wide and two 2MP sensors, one is for macro photography and second is for depth sensing.
It comes in three colors, Black, Blue and White. The price for 6/128GB is ($340) and for 8/256GB is ($380), Pre-orders are up and nubia Play 5G will go on sale April 24.
